My apologies for the unintended hiatus here at Paisley Press. We have been caring for my father-in-law who passed away in the very early hours of Saturday, March 1st. He was a great Papa, a very sweet man and we will miss him a great deal.
I happen to concur with the Cheerful Cherub on this subject:
I hope Papa's other beginning is filled with lots of Frank Sinatra music, Italian pastry, and joy.
Designing resumed in the studio this morning. It's been a lovely distraction and welcome change of pace from the last few weeks.
I've been working on spring designs (including a striped alphabet), Easter designs (including an Easter egg garland), and a studio redesign. Spring colors make me happy. And my studio redesign? That will make me happy too, just as soon as it's finished.
Trust me, Easter may well get here before this redesign is completed. I'm crossing my fingers that's not the case!!
