S-P-R-I-N-G

So the Spring Garland is done. In three color ways, as promised! I'm really happy with the way it looks, especially all put together. The way this project started out in my mind was yellow banner shapes with S-P-R-I-N-G letters in green...maybe green polka dots.

The way it ended up: yellow, blue and pink banners with letters in the same colors. So now you can mix, match, or use all one color together - whatever inspires you! It was complete serendipity that I had pink/white, yellow/white and blue/white baker's twine that coordinated with all 3 garlands. I love using baker's twine for these projects. It's one of my crafting essentials.

I noticed that I only got shots of letters N and G when I was taking pictures this afternoon. I tried to get shots of these garlands hanging up, but all detail was lost from far away. I think this is due to several things:
- my photo staging area is not optimal
- my camera is not optimal
- my photography skills are not optimal

The good news is that all of these things are all fixable.  I just need to add them to my to-find/to-do/to-learn lists! In the meantime, you can get started on these garlands yourself by downloading the files from the links below. Have fun!
